There are no silly questions at all. If you have something on your mind that is not already included in here. Please feel free to email us at info@digitalparentsconference.com.au. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
Can I bring my little bubba with me?
Yes of course! Babes in arms are most welcome. We are mums and we know that some of you might not be able to find a suitable childcare or afford the extra babysitting costs. You are already shelling out your hard earned money to go to our conference. So yes, your little bubbas are most welcome to come and stay with you during the sessions.
Is there free wifi at the conference?
Wifi access is already included in your ticket price. There are a limited number of sockets at the venue though, so make sure to fully charge your laptops, smartphones and not-so smartphones beforehand.
I cannot afford the whole thing but I’d really love to go, any genius ideas?
You can grab our Sponsor Me button and display it on your site.
You can also open a PayPal Charity Account and seek donations from your loyal readers, friends and relatives. You going to the conference, learning lots of bloggy things and networking with other bloggers is a good cause, right? You just have to make sure to use the below URL for your widget cover image.

Assuming you have done everything correctly, your PayPal widget should look like this:
Alternatively, you could personally approach a brand or company to sponsor your trip. Here are some simple ideas on what to include on your pitch letter:
- Offer them a free adspace on your blog.
- Host a giveaway of their product on your blog.
- Blog, tweet and facebook about your partnership with them.
- Tell them that Digital Parents Conference is expected to be the biggest social media event catering to Australia’s mum and parent blogging communities.
- Mention that you will be acting as their brand ambassador at the conference. This could mean wearing their brand ie customised clothing at the conference, live tweeting and/or live blogging during the conference, networking with other attendees etc.
There are loads of things that you can do. Be creative! Please make sure to read our Guidelines for Sponsored Bloggers on the things that you can and cannot do during the conference.
I want to speak at the conference. What do I need to do?
We are no longer accepting expressions of interest for speakers/panelists at the conference.
I’m not a member of the Digital Parents community but I’m an Aussie blogger, can I still attend?
Of course you can! Our community is a welcoming and inclusive bunch. So yes, you’re more than welcome to come to the conference. The sessions and workshops are not just geared towards the mum blogging community.
